Who is KYATA?
The Kentucky Art Therapy Association, Inc (KYATA)
is a professional organization whose members have
either personal or professional interest in the field of
Art Therapy.  KYATA is currently an official chapter
of the American Art Therapy Association (AATA).

We provide professional trainings, professional
contacts, public information, networking, and
creative renewal opportunities for our members; we
also provide educational opportunities & general
information to related professions and organizations.
Many members are practicing Art Therapists in a
variety of settings, and are involved in their local
communities.

KYATA has been an incorporated organization in the
Commonwealth of Kentucky since 1992, and has
undergone many periods of evolution since that
time.  The current board hopes to bring KYATA into
a time of new growth and re-growth, and are
currently in the process of assessing the needs of our
members.

If you have comments or questions for the board,
please feel free to contact us--we would love to hear
from you!
